-The legal officer I went with was polite and communicated with me on a regular basis -Settlement was organised even though it was straight after the Christmas leave period. -Kept me up to date -Prompt in providing details of settlement -Called me as soon as the settlement went through and I had been worried as there was a delay Took away the fear of a cancelled settlement
