We had to line up a simultaneous sale and a purchase settlement on the same day and so the stakes were high for us. Frances was very professional and across all matters for both our sale and purchase and everything went smoothly without any hitch, which I believe was largely due to her timely communication and attention to detail. Most importantly Frances kept us informed at every step and was always prompt to respond on the phone and by email, which really helped. I would definitely use them again.
