Dr. Khan was very polite, professional and kind. He took the time to explain and answer all our questions and concerns, we did not feel like we were being rushed out (like past experiences at this clinic). I will be sure to come back to see Dr Khan for future appointments.

I had a very poor experience. I was able to see the doctor according to my appointment, but I was 9 minutes late due to a parking issue, and it was pick time in the shopping centre around 10:50 am. Once I reached the reception, I straightaway said the doctor put the No Show in the system. However, I left the medical centre without any argument. You start charging $65 for general appointments for consultation with GP and we need to pay out of pocket which is ridiculous and totally unfair with us, and on prescriptions for payments you are writing level B surgery instead of writing general appointment this is unfair and ripping off poor patients like me.

The reason why we have to put level b surgery , this is a medicare requirement to receive your rebate back, medicare or private health depending on your situation will pay $39.75 back to you, however we need to let them know what level of service, a,b,c or d.
