I can't help but feel exploited. I had already exposed the water pipe for the plumber and located the leak, the only job he had was to cut the poly pipe and install the joiner. Your plumber spent 15 minutes repairing the pipe and has charged $198.00 including the slip coupling at $33.00 which I could have bought at Cairns Hardware for $16.00. This is really poor behavior on your behalf and its little wonder that plumbers have a reputation for ripping people off. Certainly will not be getting my business again.
