Josh did a great job in fixing our problem. Only disappointment was the cost of the job. Particularly the time on the job site. With such a short time, I believe the call out fee could have been wavered. Especially when you have to pay the 1 hour minimum.
I chose this company after reading the reviews from previous customers, plus being situated on the southside like us. I needed short notice assistance asap, and Josh assured me he would make it that day, and he did and was extremely helpful. Thank you! i appreciate your time and knowledge today.

Josh was on time, polite and did a very good job.
Josh removed the existing hot water system and installed a new one in a very timely manner along with a good price. Josh also arranged an electrician to reconnect so we could have hot water by the evening.

Josh was able to promptly fix my broken water pipe and thankfully squeezed the job in today otherwise I would have been without water for at least another couple of days due to the public holiday tomorrow. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am grateful for his help and advice.
