Belrose A blocked sewer line and I expected the worst from previous experience. Kevin was punctual and very helpful explaining it wasn’t as big a problem as I feared. Advised it was a small issue and no need to start digging or lining as it shouldn’t return for years to come. This honesty and experience was so refreshing which obviously comes from years of dealing with owners. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd occasion we had Streamline service our drains - the first was a relining. We had a blocked drain on this occasion - and thanks to Alex, we had Kevin (and son) coming on the same day, had a camera inspection followed by attempts at unblocking. Quick diagnosis that the issue was in the Sydney Water main drain. He then rang them and had it fixed the same evening. All within 24h!! You can't ask for more. Fully professional.

Great team, excellent communication from start to finish, Guys (Jamie and crew) are very professional ,polite and worked with us and our time frame all the way. They informed us about every step they did, the surprise thing I got from Streamline Drains was video from the work they did, I had done relining before but never received video. Even they showed me via camera as they did the work. They also found out another issue which is related to Sydney water section and sent report to Sydney water to action it. We're only at the first phase of solving the problem with tree roots in the sewer line but so far I've been impressed with Kevin's prompt response to my sms on Sunday afternoon and his knowledge of what the problem with the sewer could be.
