The guys did a great job, dealt with the challenges in a professional manner, explained what they were doing and why, and cleaned up after they had finished.

This is the 2nd occasion we had Streamline service our drains - the first was a relining. We had a blocked drain on this occasion - and thanks to Alex, we had Kevin (and son) coming on the same day, had a camera inspection followed by attempts at unblocking. Quick diagnosis that the issue was in the Sydney Water main drain. He then rang them and had it fixed the same evening. All within 24h!! You can't ask for more. Fully professional.

Great team, excellent communication from start to finish, Guys (Jamie and crew) are very professional ,polite and worked with us and our time frame all the way. They informed us about every step they did, the surprise thing I got from Streamline Drains was video from the work they did, I had done relining before but never received video. We're only at the first phase of solving the problem with tree roots in the sewer line but so far I've been impressed with Kevin's prompt response to my sms on Sunday afternoon and his knowledge of what the problem with the sewer could be. Based on our experience so far I can see why he has had so many good recommendations on Facebook.

A blockage caused sewerage to overflow. Kevin arrived promptly, investigated, filmed and determined the problem was Sydney Water's. He phoned them and returned to speak to them when they arrived after 2 hours. Sydney Water then power hosed through the pipe and cleared the blockage. Kevin made an unpleasant situation easier to resolve promptly.
