We're only at the first phase of solving the problem with tree roots in the sewer line but so far I've been impressed with Kevin's prompt response to my sms on Sunday afternoon and his knowledge of what the problem with the sewer could be. A blockage caused sewerage to overflow. Kevin arrived promptly, investigated, filmed and determined the problem was Sydney Water's. He phoned them and returned to speak to them when they arrived after 2 hours. Sydney Water then power hosed through the pipe and cleared the blockage. Kevin made an unpleasant situation easier to resolve promptly.
