A blockage caused sewerage to overflow. Kevin arrived promptly, investigated, filmed and determined the problem was Sydney Water's. He phoned them and returned to speak to them when they arrived after 2 hours. Sydney Water then power hosed through the pipe and cleared the blockage. Kevin made an unpleasant situation easier to resolve promptly.

We had a rather urgent need to fix a leaking faucet. Alex came shortly after our call and was prepared to replace the faulty faucet. He worked efficiently and pleasantly. We were very pleased with his service.

We had our sewer mains checked out by Streamline Drains prior to purchasing a property. It seems that many blocks in Sydney have sewer mains running along side or rear boundaries. There could also be stormwater lines that are old, shallow, or undocumented. Always prudent to have them checked before purchase. These are the go to guys - professional, polite and gets the job done. 5 stars to Kevin and Alex

Great experience, I called for 3 quotes… Streamline offered a more comprehensive inspection of my pipes than competitors, and at the lowest price. Less salesmanship and more technical explanations including custom diagrams drawn, pros and cons of different options outlined. No pressure to make a decision as was my experience with others. (In fact they suggested I take some time to consider the options before going ahead). Highly recommend.

Streamline are punctual, practical, experienced and provided a detailed quote and invoice with video confirming work completed. Very professional and have used multiple times over the years on different sections on the side of our home, where old clay pipes and aggressive trees had caused major leaks. Long term warranty provides peace of mind!
