Kevin was quick to respond - in a day. He was methodical, experienced had all relevant gear and professionally and logically set about addressing the core issue - A blocked storm water drain.. He cleared the blockage and further moved to identify the reason - a crushed pipe- in an unlikely location. It did not come cheap, added to a further expenditure to replace the crushed pipe to be done in two days. He offered sound experienced advice and even advised me to shop around for a cheaper alternative to replace the crushed pip... read more
