Fast response to enquiries both through email and phone on most occasions, then following through with appropriate action within a good time frame. Body corporate fee is quite high, at least the service is good and reliable.

Bad Bad Bad. Lock you into a 5 year contract from the builder ,poor service and communication , repairs and maintenance are poor quality expensive and take forever to get done . We did lots of our own work just to get things done. Would not take instructions from our committee or chairman . Stay away from strataplan as there are many better body corporation managements out there .

Our BC was with Strataplan for almost 3 years and must say it was not the best experience. Over the 3 years we had 4 OC Managers, with only the last one being responsive and competent. My final dealings with them were made better by the work of most recent OC Manager who went out of his way to expedite our transition to our new BC provider, and was very responsive to our questions, requests and needs.
We are one of the residents in an apartment building in Moore Street, Mooneed Ponds, which Strata Plan is the Property Manager. They are probably the worst property managers in Victoria. They are proud to say that they are using an automated system in logging in requests and complaints. However, they will not commit to the usual response time of 48 hours to get an answer to your query unless you follow it up with a call. Keep away from this company at all costs. We purchased an apartment from Spec off the plan and the builder signed us up with Strataplan for five years before we settled. Turns out there is a special clause that says we automatically roll over for another five years. Seems all Spec properties are stuck with the same clause. Strataplan are useless, probably because they know we're stuck with them. Do not go near this company - I cannot stress this enough.
I would suggest finding another company for strata management and would never recommend strata plan. Unsure what the culture is like internally but contacting them as a client isn't a good experience.
Most difficult year dealing with this company. Moved to an apartment to reduce our workload. Due to the lack of support and general lack of any professional management practices the owners have had to take on unreasonable workloads whilst paying enormous fees to this company. Finally been successful in having them removed despite the 5 year contract handed to them from Spec Property.
