They key to a good Strata Management company I have found is the manager your property gets. Our building was lucky enough to be appointed Harleen at Strata Plan as our building manager and she is wonderful. Harleen really cares about the properties she manages, and she has shown this time and time again. Strata Plan have managed our small OC for about 3years years now and while there was some initial change in managers, Harleen Chawla has been our manager for the last 2 years and has delivered excellent service. To say that Harleen has gone above and beyond expectations would be an understatement and is always eager to assist and goes the extra mile for us.

What amazing staff here at Strata Plan. I was so grateful to all for providing efficient service. I have dealt with many body corporate companies since living in apartments for most of my life. I've dealt with Strata Plan for the past 8 months and am so pleased with how their company operates. People are very quick to complain, but not enough speak loudly when a compliment is due. Well done!

You must be extremely lucky if you've had a decent experience with Strata Plan so far... but I wouldn't count on that luck lasting, their reputation is almost famously bad at this point.

Interested to know if you have ever had to deal with building defect through them and whether your owners corporation hired Strata Plan or if they were put in place by the developer (which seems to be where lots of the issues are arrising)
We have engaged Strata Plan to look after our investment for a number of years now. The apartment block is ageing and required some significant maintenance. Strata Plan engaged professional tradesmen on our behalf and managed to get concenses from the committee which is never easy. We have delt with Simon and more recently Tania and Michael they have behaved with integrity and transparency every step of the way.
