It was good being able to communicate via email & the team was very responsive. We had a few issues. The service was clinical, not personal. The one time we met in person, the individual did not introduce themselves. I downloaded the PEXA app, as suggested-& never used it. There was an issue with where my contribution of funds was to go; I was not informed of the account details, & sent money to the wrong organisation, prior to settlement.
