The experience of the purchase was good. Am older gentleman assisted me while explaining to newer staff the process Purchased paid. Organised for delivery in 10 days. That I paid for. I was asked to send dimensions of my stairwell to accommodate the delivery. No contact confirmation I rang the day before and a very abrupt man with a strong accent was not at all helpful.
