The experience of the purchase was good. Am older gentleman assisted me while explaining to newer staff the process Purchased paid. Organised for delivery in 10 days. That I paid for. I was asked to send dimensions of my stairwell to accommodate the delivery. No contact confirmation I rang the day before and a very abrupt man with a strong accent was not at all helpful. I organised in advance as I have to work. He was blunt just saying they msg in morning could be anytime I asked if he had forward the email to them ... read more
