Example of effeciency and professional I've been working with SSKB for about one year as a caretaker. It is a very professional company as they respond promptly, have a good knowledge of the industry and legislation. Breath of Fresh Air - Just lovely!!!!!!!!!!! We have transferred from our previous nightmare of a Body Corporate Manager, AND that company made it as difficult as possible for SSKB. A miracle has now been performed and for the first time in ten (10) years we can contact our BC Managers and get advice or information and get a sensational response and help!!!!!

Pro active and great communication Working in the real estate industry we work alongside strata and BC managers on a regular basis, it is so good to have someone that I know will answer emails, pick up the phone and is proactive when an issue arises.
