Strata manager review I have had an excellent experience working with Elizabeth, she is polite, proactive and a great communicator. She has extensive knowledge of regulations surrounding our property which is appreciated.
Thanks Elizabeth, great to work with you. Elizabeth is an excellent manager and advisor, on the ball, gets back to us quickly, passes on information to the from the committee to owners quickly and keeps us up to date and in line with procedures.
Uncomplicated & efficient. We have found Elizabeth @ SSKB very easy to work with. We appreciate how efficient Elizabeth is with email correspondence & that she is not averse to taking a phone call to sort out any more involved issues which may arise.

SSKB Sunshine Coast have very good "client facing" and "back office"staff. SSKB provide the Body Corporate Committee of Allegra CTS 37481 with a consistently professional, helpful and highly responsive service as Community Managers. Our Community Manager is Charlotte ( "Charli" )Melief. She is both knowledgeable and extremely personable and has the respect of all members of the Committee. Her assistant, Annabella Rayner, is "learning the ropes" and we look forward to working with her in future.

Service Review From Bob Stainlay, joint owner of a Unit 2 in SP80763. When we moved here 4 years ago SSKB had just taken over as Strata Manager. I was concerned we were joining a Rolls Royce company, as we had minimal funds to cover costs. With hindsight - best move ever! Our team at SSKB headed by Kate Rawnsley plus Traci and Liahna are both professional and pleasant. Always prompt to assist, their excellent service will be remembered long after our costs are forgotten. Well done SSKB! FIVE STARS

Excellent Body Coporate Managers My Dealings with SSKB Strata managers have allways been positive. Charli Melief & Annabella Rayner are allways very proactive and assist in a query i may have. When i have issues with Body Corporate Committees they are able to assist in any query and advice i may need. They are very Trustworthy and demand respect from all levels. Anyone seeking a new Body Coporate Manager you could not go wrong with SSKB.
