Twelve weeks ago I incurred some significant sports-related injuries (as a result of ongoing wear and tear and also overuse), which resulted in me having two rotator cuff tears (shoulder) and a ruptured biceps tendon. A specialist physician referred me to Reuben at SquareOne Physio at Mosman, who designed a comprehensive physiotherapy strength and flexibilty recovery program for me. The results have been excellent and I would absolutely recommend Reuben and the team at SquareOne; thanks guys!
