Always a challenging experience working with physios in Pilates. They are full of energy and very skilled. what does not work so well is the billing system. It is very clunky receiving an email to say an amount has been debited from our bank account, then having to email to put in process gaining a receipt for the 10 passes. there is then a considerable wait for this to happen. A debit to the a/c should automatically trigger a receipt. Just a thought.

We agree regarding the receipts - unfortunately the only software that supports a program as large as ours is based in the US and their automatic receipts don't comply with the Australian health fund requirements. Believe us - we would love to be able to turn on the automation but the receipts you would receive would be useless.
