Our property in Benowa was sold by Smart Real Estate in June 2017 at $1.5 million dollars. The original asking price proposed to us by Smart Real Estate on "Form 6" was "Offers above 1.65 million dollars". There was only 2 written offers all together, first went into contract and crashed within 1 week, second offer went into full contract. We actually lost money on this property. if I could give a negative star I would.... just another agent that once they have your money & signature will do absolutely nothing to assist in the sale they brokered! was pushed to bring forward settlement time before inspection could be done & now all the things that arnt right are being palmed off as OH WELL! WHAT CAN WE DO! asked for the by laws for the complex..... too hard basket, think you'll get a return call after leaving a message with the office..... maybe they will reply to my emails....... maybe its a one off,... read more
