RecommendedBrad facilitated a residential investor sale for us which closed a few days ago. We worked through some issues as the seller seemed to be difficult and uncompromising. The gift basket cheese was good but the only feedback is not everyone who is an investor drinks wine. some of us prefer beer. Otherwise, brad did a great job as a motivated agent! would recommend brad and his team to anyone selling, i feel his skillset may also be excellent as a buyers agent also. cheers sean
