Brad surprised me with multiple suitable contracts after passing up several contracts over a 6 week span. Brad advised economical strategies to improve aesthetics of the house (bang for buck) to achieve quicker sell when I was not receiving suitable offers and feeling despondent. Brad is a genuine character with a good sense of humour and a joker (at appropriate times), which helps keep the stressful and emotional affair of selling your prized property in a positive and lighter place!

I have purchased numerous properties in my adult life and this was the standout worse experience.Poor communication.Misleading information.This agent was also the rental manager.Very poorly managed.No ongoing maintenance schedule...as a result of our building inspection some repairs completed but the rest were non negotiable.Once contract settled and we were able to move in the extent of repairs and replacement needed became all too evident. As agents they do a very poor job.
