Brad was great to work with and made the process easy.. After 13 days, working from his holidays, Brad sold our property for a price far above what we had expected.
We were first home buyers and Brad was amazing in helping us throughout the whole process. After our building and pest, Brad was more than willing to help us negotiate with the seller and was always there when we needed to ask him a question. When out property settled, Smart Real Estate also massively helped us out by taking on the property management when LJ Hooker pulled out as it was not profitable for them. Brad helped make the purchase smooth and easy. Definitely recommend!
