Being new to buying coffee beans, we asked if the coffee actually had real nuts in some of the flavors. Hubby has a nut allergy. We take that seriously. when we questioned the young lady, she just laughed it off when replying. This is not a laughing matter and we will not return. Would they take it seriously if we asked if there were nuts in the cakes? Success should never mean arrogance.
$17.50 for 2 large coffees is outrageous. The coffee is nice, but I don't think it's worth the $$.
Ask the customer if they want there almond croissant heated, don’t just do it, don’t make the coffee so hot you have to wait 15 minutes for it to cool down.
It is fantastic that there is a coffee shop in Logan with a high quality bean but the experience was diminished by the attitude of some staff and the pricing. It is over the top to be charged 80c for an extra shot and then an extra $1.20 for Bonsoy (this was for my husband). Due to health reasons I asked for my coffee to be made on the coconut milk that I had brought in. I was made to feel uncomfortable about this by the operations manager. I was very disappointed and then was also charged full price for my coffee �.
I enjoyed the coffee but the team do not appreciate that that some people have food intolerance & may not be able to have standard milks. I know that they do have a soy option but you have to pay for the normal milk price plus an extra over for the alternative. $6.50 for a coffee is expensive even if I was in Hamilton.
I enjoy the following: That there is coffee in the Logan area. The space was nice Variety of bean (single o and blends) Clean and tidy. An extra star would be there for: Staff with a better understanding of the bean options (could have been new but couldnt tell me a lot about them) Preceeded to ask the barista and it would have been nice for him to smile and inform me. He seemed to have a better understanding. Small things that can be easily fixed. And I am a huge fan of creating better coffee culture in Logan :-)
