I'm a self-confessed coffee snob who spends a lot of time between Brisbane and Dunedin in NZ so I know most of the decent coffee shops in both cities. Simply Beans (especially Paul) consistently makes THE best coffee anywhere. When in NZ I pine for Paul and his flat whites (made using their Davero bean) and I do not exaggerate haha.
