It's been an exceptional experience learning philosophy and my life has had some very positive changes. I have learned a lot about myself and I have gained wisdom along the way. It really is the highlight of my week to attend philosophy sessions and to include daily meditation. I have found peace and enhanced my life thus reducing dramas. This is a journey I hope to continue and only wish I had found it at a younger age. I am so grateful to the School of Practical Philosophy.

I’ve been with the school about ten years now and I can honestly say it’s changed my life in all positive ways. I’ve learnt the practices of mindfulness and meditation and enjoyed the company, connection and accountability of a group. If you’re open minded and curious, give it a go.
An enjoyable spiritual experience over almost 30 years. The teachings, camaraderie and friendships made have enhanced my life and given me a real purpose.
