I’ve been with the school about ten years now and I can honestly say it’s changed my life in all positive ways. I’ve learnt the practices of mindfulness and meditation and enjoyed the company, connection and accountability of a group. If you’re open minded and curious, give it a go.

These modules have proven to be the greatest path to growth of self, with practical application in day to day living.
