The staff at Sage are friendly, professional and provide excellent guidance during the personalised sessions. Their approach is caring and the staff show a genuine interest in the patrons attending the centre. Their approach is clientele too are friendly and newcomers are warmly welcomed as part of the ‘team’ (of clients).

fantastic! welcoming from Frontman Robert - folliwed by Darol a - competent, qualified “clinical physio” ( I think that’s his title) however it’s 5 am - who cares? Darol was thorough as he checked out my gammy knee ( a result of a gym injury ) Only my first checkup - certainly very thioriugh , encouraging me to return for ongoing results - watch this space for ( hopefully ) glowing results .( not putting my name , just call me , ME!
