Visiting Rymill was a wonderful experience, from being greeted by the beautiful kelpie right through to until we left. The venue was fantastic, offering indoor and outdoor seating, the wine tasting was not only delicious but completed by staff who were well educated in the Rymill wine growing and production process and who appeared to be genuinely passionate about their jobs - which always makes for a positive experience for us as customers. Although the initial call was answered by a girl who was new and only worked in the office, Dianna who responded very promptly to my written request sent via your Help section on the website, knew exactly what I wanted and placed order immediatley, apologised for initial call but I had no issue with that at all the girl was very polite and didn't realise I wanted merchandise not wine.
