Placing the order over the telephone was faultless. I received an email explaining there was a delay in dispatch, but that was probably due the volume generated by the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, Australia Post let the team down; I was home all day the tracking app told me it was to be delivered, but late in the afternoon I received a text telling me to pick it up at a distribution center. There was a very long que of people picking up parcels that 'couldn't' be delivered.
