I attended today for a check up and clean. I was eight minutes late and they rang me as I walked in the door.! Not sure if it was because I was a little late she rushed and got me out the door. I’ve never had such a quick clean not very happy. I won’t be using her again. Definitely not.

Not as thorough as before nor as other dentists. Checkup and clean seems to have missed flossing (isn’t that part of the service?) and time getting shorter each visit. Even though the dentist an experience itself was pleasant. Credit card surcharge of 1.5% is absurd, considering it was a Visa card, not Amex. Even using EFTOPS attracts the same fee- which is not an accurate reflection of how much it costs your business. Not happy.
Staff were lovely and I don't like to give unfavourable reviews (hence the direct feedback) but the hygenist could have been more gently. My daughter said it felt like the hose was too far down her throat and her gums hurt afterwards.

Having dentures is not for me I don’t know if it’s the fitting or the actual denture. They look different and out of place in sizing especially the lower gum denture. Would not recommend to or for anyone. To be very honest I don’t like them if I didn’t have any real teeth I don’t know how I will be able to eat because I can’t eat food with these in my mouth. Not happy at all and thinking of going back to the dental hospital for more advice and opinion
Tom was great for me. He found some work that needed attention. Kim was brilliant with my Wife, Christine. I cannot express enough, my thanks to Kim, for her loving and caring treatment to my Wife. Her advice has/will make a huge difference to our lives. Also, the young ladies at the desk that passed my message onto Kim are so lovely. They are all a Credit to the Business. I have recommended the Business to many friends.
I went in as an emergency patient 2 days ago, I had extreme pain in my jaw behind my lower wisdom tooth. I thought they would take an X-ray to see what was happening and potentially pull out the tooth. The dentist just cleaned it with saline and put some antibacterial liquid on it and then I was on my way. Needless to say it got much much worse. She didn’t even spend 30 seconds applying fluoride, I felt nothing at my back teeth. I told her and she couldn’t care less. When she said spit out the excess, I didn’t because there was nothing to spit out. I wish I was in the room when my daughter got hers done, she felt the same as me..
