I was terrified of the dentist. It always hurt no matter how much anaesthetic was used. Nicole figured out that my nerves were quite high so needed to address the numbing accordingly. A crown and a filling later not one drill to nerve jump out of my skin moment!!!! Can’t thank her enough.

I was nervous attending today as I had not seen a dentist in some time. I found today to be so comfortable and the staff incredibly kind and helpful. The dentist and dental assistant were the nicest I have ever been too. Will definitely be back.

As always, everyone was lovely and understanding of my fear of coming to the dentist. Also, Dr Floyd is so kind and empathetic. She always gives a thorough explanation of what she’s doing and how to care for my teeth in between visits. The practice presents well, looks very neat, clean and tidy.

Dr James Scott made me feel at ease and was very understanding. He explained why I needed the tooth extracted and how he was going to do the procedure. Throughout the procedure he talked to me what he was doing and asked on several occasions if I was alright. I could not fault the treatment I received. Everyone one was very kind, and professional.
