Ellen Frost is by far the best agent we have ever had and we have had quite a few over the years. Nothing is too hard for her to organise and save us the stress of having rentals. When she took over looking after a long term tenant she found out she was about $2000 in arrears and it was done so deviously we never knew but Ellen made them pay it back. Her diligence of looking after our properties is outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any other landlords dissatisfied with the agents they have now. Deb S.
