They do not have tenants direct debit rent like almost all property management businesses. Therefore tenants can be late on rent and disrupt cash flow of owners. Also slow to respond to correspondance
Withholding our bond for no reason, want to take money for something they never did, let alone had authorization to do. Wants us to pay water bill but haven't sent the bill through. Doesn't respond to emails or return phone calls. Very unprofessional. In the 12 months we rented with them we never recieved a key to lock our garage after asking multiple times. Avoid this real estate if you can!
