The market knowledge of the local community and suburb was second to none starting with the sales video and also the fact that my relatives were welcomed without hesitation to act on my behalf was extremely comforting with Natalie and Alannah responding immediately on all occasions. Good news, you can stop your search for a down-to-earth, honest, reliable and knowledgeable real-estate agent. Nat Hoye is brilliant. There is no 'cast of thousands', I found primarily dealing with Nat made things easy. She does have a trusty side-kick Alannah who only knows how to help. There was no paperwork, it's all done the modern way, electronically. I practically sold my home via my mobile phone. Thanks Nat, you helped us reach a fantastic price for our home but your approach is priceless
