Being first home buyers can be extremely overwhelming and daunting, however Natalie and Alannah made the process incredibly effortless and stress free. From the first interaction they provided a high level of professionalism and transparency, but yet they were utterly welcoming and genuine. They endeavoured to keep us informed and promptly responded to our queries. We seriously can not recommend or thank them enough…..they are phenomenal!

Natalie was a professional and easy to deal with. Natalie really helped us, and answered all my questions well. As an example of Natalie's commitment, I had an issue with my landlord and ending my lease early in order to buy my house. Natalie was helpful in giving advice, and putting me in contact with a property manager to assist me. There was a padlock on a gate on the property that we did not have the key for, and Natalie arranged for someone to break the lock for us (no charge!)

Everything went seamless from home inspection till settlement. Natalie and Alannnah cooperated very well, whether it was arranging building inspections or contacting seller/strata, etc. Very happy with how the things went by.
Fantastic! Cant recommend enough. Natalie was fantastic, really helpful with walking me through the entire experience from presenting the home to sorting out the settlement. Communication was top notch, I always knew exactly what was going on.
