Terry went over and beyond to assist us. He was very available at all times and he even responded on weekends and well after office hours. Terry came highly recommended and now we will also highly recommend him. Everything went so smoothly as Terry managed everything for us. We were kept updated and were sent videos and photos. We never had to worry about anything as I had full trust and confidence in Terry's professional capabilities. Our unit sold easier and quicker than we had anticipated.

From my very first contact with Terry Lu as the agent given responsibility to market and sell my investment property in Perth, he has acted with an extraordinary drive and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcome for me. The sale price he achieved on my property, far exceeded what I had been expecting. I was always kept informed of his plan of attack and progress made.
