Terry is absolutely brilliant, he was an outstanding partner and went out of his way to assist in anyway he could. I would highly recommend Terry, he is a wonderful communicator, very diligent, and easy to partner with. Terry is an absolute stand out agent.
We engaged Cherry to sell our apartment and from the very start she was very professional, understanding and transparent without complex sales talk. Cherry was always available and kept us in the loop. She managed to see within two weeks of our home open and got us exactly what we wanted. Cherry is an absolute superstar and we are glad we made the choice to have her as our agent.
Great interactions overall
Cherry has a great work ethic and we felt confident she would sell our apartment and get the best price possible. She kept us updated with all matters and worked passed normal business hours. Thanks Cherry for all your efforts.
Business response:
Really appreciated your feedback. It was great to work with you. All my best for you and your family.
Terry is friendly, not pushy, listens well and most importantly is very supportive during the buying process which all contributed to a stress free experience. He even provided several options to resolve some challenges we encountered along the way which we took up and truly appreciate. When the time comes to buying another property we will definitely contact Terry first.
Its the second time we've work with Cherry as our selling agent within the last 12 months. Her commitment to us and the sale of our property was second to none. She works hard and offers logical and expert advice. Her prompt communication made it a good selling experience. Highly recommended!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your feedback. All my best for you and your family.
Working with Terry was fantastic. Did the job done easy and quick, fuss free. Best agent I know for the job. Was happy with the price he got for our property too. Well deserving of a 5 star rating. It’s just too bad I couldn’t give him 6 stars.
Terry is such a legend. He puts his heart and soul into selling the property with such passion and dedication. The whole process from signing the contract for sale to settlement was done with perfection and seamlessly within a month. He was available at all times to discuss matters and organised everything that was needed for the settlement. Thank you Terry Lu and Director Jasmyn Wright for all your hard work. Very grateful to you all. Daisy Cannon
Who is fantastic agency, Terry does not skip a beat. Bought an off market property from these guys and couldn’t be happier. The communication was flawless. Plus when I went to go pick up my keys I got an awesome gift too, Keep doing what you guys do and thanks again Terry
