Steve was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make things easier to buy. He knew his subject and was a great negotiator between the seller and buyer. He went the extra mile with the beautiful house warming gift of a box of fruit and goodies, I was very impressed.
Darren was incredibly genuine and responsive. He really understood how important this purchase was for our family. He was very knowledgeable and has made a point to be available answering all our questions and explaining every step of the process which was fantastic as first home buyers. So happy with Place, fantastic service overall!
Business response:
Thanks for the awesome review Julia
Steve has been an amazing Realestate agent for us. We sold 2 houses with him in the span of 2-3 months and his knowledge of the market, buyers and area was outstanding. He helped us achieve the price we were targeting to reach and helped us set a realistic price goal as well according to the current market. Thanks Steve for all the running around and helping us sell so we can purchase our new house in a timely manner.
You honestly could not ask for a better agent than Darren, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to engage him. A master in the field, and a professional in every sense of the word, Darren raises the bar with what you can expect from your agent. With the passion he demonstrates, his knowledge of the market, and the breadth of skills he brings, we knew we were in the right hands, and we are over the moon with the result achieved.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren to manage the sale of your property. He has a hands on approach with great attention to detail and was able to remove all the stress from what is a very stressful situation. Thanks again.

Darren and team took a professional, yet personalised, approach to selling our property. They took time to understand our situation and specific needs, provided insights from experience, and went the extra mile to exceed our expectations. We cannot speak highly enough of Darren and Dan and the service they provided. They treated us with respect and professionalism and were a genuine pleasure to work with. Overall, we were very satisfied with the outcome of the sale of our home.

Thanks for the awesome review Dale
Darren regularly reached out if he found a property that ticked our boxes and budget. Darren and Dan went the extra mile to work in with our schedules, making sure we knew all details before tabling offers and being honest with us about how it was received. Once our offer was accepted Darren and team organised everything seamlessly and maintained an open line of communication with all parties. Just a wonderful experience thanks to Darren, Dan and the rest of the Place team.
