Rachel is a very professional and experienced agent. This is the third time we have sold with Rachel so we knew we were in safe hands. Rocky has been great to deal with. He set a sale price well above what we originally expected, and got it. This was around $80,000 above the price of an adjacent unit that had only sold a few weeks before. Rocky was also mindful about keeping advertising costs down whilst maintaining a high level of exposure commensurate with our sales plan. Rocky is the person you want to sell your home. He is honest, hardworking, polite and knows the market. He also puts in the time and effort to get to know you and your situation and what you are trying to achieve through selling your house. For us, his advice was spot on. He outlined the options we could take to sell, gave his advice on each one with the risks clearly identified, and gave a possible sale price range. We sold in a couple of weeks for a price at the top of our expectation. Done.
