Ryan was approachable, responsive and communicated clearly and often with us during the recent sale of our property. His enthusiasm to work for us was matched by his knowledge of the market and our area. His regular updates were great, and negotiations on our behalf in line with our expectations, helping us achieve a sale price we were after in a short period of time. We would highly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking to sell in Darwin and surrounds.
Emily was a great asset in selling our Darwin City unit. Communication was great and she left no stone unturned when it came to potential buyers. Emily helped make the process very easy and enjoyable, I would definitely recommend Emily to any owner wanting to sell in the Darwin City.
I use to think being a realastate agent was easy money. Sanjukta and her team showed me there is a whole lot more to it than I first believed. She was tireless and very focused on her task. Not a easy job afterall.

The Harding Team delivered from day one. Five Star communication, marketing, photos and videos as well as exceptional management of the property throughout the sales process. I don’t know why anyone would deal with other agents in Darwin. We thoroughly enjoyed the sales process and we are sure you will to if you engage Andrew
