Evie was fantastic to deal with and knows the market well. I was selling an old ex-housing commission unit, that is quite livable but out dated (something from the 90's). Evie organised trades to help with minor repairs and we got it on the market and sold within 6 weeks at a very reasonable prise. I put that down to following her advice and trusting her judgement. I highly recommend trusting Evie with selling your property, you won't regret it.

Ryan responded immediately to our initial inquiry and set about analysing the existing properties for sale and giving us advice on marketing ours. Because we lived interstate Ryan organised everything for us including communicating with the rental manager, tradespeople, decorator and conveyancer. He was always in touch with us advising us what was happening. He also set out to get us the best price possible, which he achieved. Outstanding service and very highly recommended.
