My wife I have been involved in a number of property transactions over the years. Naturally, we have come into contact with many people working in that field. Evie is one of the good ones. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning to buy or sell property in Darwin.
Andrew was great. Has the confidence and knowledge and is down to earth and honest. Did a fantastic job with our auction and we got results beyond our expectations.
Evie was amazing from start to finish. Her attention to detail and follow up is impeccable and she is charismatic and grounded at once which is rare. We trusted her and it paid off big time. There was nothing that could be improved and I am very happy with our experience.
Ryan understood the assignment: sell our home for a fair price, with least amount of fuss possible. He met with me on the Saturday and called with an offer on the Monday. It couldn’t have been easier. Ryan was honest and communicated with us throughout the process, he was always available when we had questions. We were so happy with Ryan’s service that when our friends were talking of selling we told them ‘you have to call Ryan’. They did, and he has now sold their home too!
Andrew and Leanne were extremely professional and knew the market very well. They assisted in a super swift sale of our home and made it all much easier from start to finish. They are truly committed professionals and are highly recommended; and also so lovely to deal with! Thanks again!
Emily and team were fantastic from start to finish. I’m an agent myself interstate, so potentially I am a harsh judge, but I honestly couldn’t fault Emily. Communication was excellent and she helped coordinate trades, cleaning, staging and more to help me prepare the home and they got a result I was very happy with. Ryan has excellent knowledge about the market, very open and communicated options clearly. We found Ryan very responsive to our enquiries and suggestions. Given the market, he worked harder and achieved a fair price for us. We would definitely use his services again should the opportunity arise.
Bec was very knowledgeable of the area and any questions we asked she had an answer for. Bec was a delight to work with, she has a great sense of humor, she was very patient with us (namely my huuby) we will highly recommend her to our friends.
We chose Ray White because of Andrew and his reputation in the market and he did not disappoint. He worked so well with us in ensuring we achieved the outcome we were after. His team were so supportive, full of energy, enthusiasm and also bought their A game to openings and discussions. Can’t recommend Andrew and his team (special mention to Evie) highly enough.
