This was an extremely difficult and protracted sale involving a number of different sales agents over an 18 month period. By the time Sanj came on board I was in an extremely distressed and fragile state both financially and mentally. Although the sale price was very disappointing due to circumstances beyond anyone's control or comprehension, Sanj remained optimistic, very supportive & understanding, going above & beyond liaising constantly with my conveyancer to bring things to a conclusion.
