Nick was very helpful and responsive. He made the home buying experience easy and made it feel like it was more than just a sales transaction. He checked in at every step along the way, and to see how we had settled in after settlement. I would use Nick as my agent in the future.
Phong did a great job at keeping me up to date throughout the selling process. He knew I was anxious about the sale so he made sure to keep me in the loop and reassured me that he would get me what I wanted. His knowledge of the market was spot on and was able to attract the right buyers for the home.

Nick made buying our first home an incredible experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, guiding us through every step with clarity. Our family were on the market for over 3 months and it was starting to become disheartening, overwhelming and just tiresome. His market expertise and dedication ensured we found the perfect home and got a great deal. I highly recommend Nick for anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you Nick!
