Finding the right selling agent can be stressful, but I can confidently say that choosing Phong was the best decision I made. Phong is a true professional with excellent in-depth market knowledge, fantastic negotiation skills and strong communication. He was incredibly patient with me and always made themselves available to answer my questions, day or night. I cannot recommend Phong highly enough. If you're looking for a top-notch realtor who will go the extra mile for you, look no further!

Thank you Korie & Maddie.🙂
Nick had introduced himself after showing a nearby property to offer his services, I didn't use him at the time(hesitant first time seller) but was paired up with him during the sale of my property. Nick showed up on time, or slightly early every time. He greeted me with a smiling face, asked how I was, discussed any documents that I had queries about like the buyers report, he also asked about other things in my life and recalled previous conversations. A wonderful people person. Loves dogs.
This was my investment property. Exceptional service from start to finish! Shayla showed deep market knowledge, provided invaluable advice on preparing the property for sale, and coordinated everything for me as I don't live in the area. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, which I appreciated. I am very busy with my work and Shayla communicated with me when it was easiest for me (very late at night or very early mornings). She really went above and beyond. Thank you.
I had a wonderful experience with Shayla. Very smooth process. She is very easy to comminuted with and always on the ball. Thank you!
