I had an excellent experience with Shayla as my real estate agent. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. Shayla made buying my home a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Business response:
Thank you very much for your kind words! Hope you both enjoy your new home.
Very happy with Shayla knowledge of the area and sales experience. She got me a great price for my property which l was very grateful for.
Business response:
Thankyou Soula :)
Honestly the best real estate agents we came across..and we came across a few! Very professional, yet very down to earth. He answered all our question, returned calls in a timely manner. Puchasing a home, especially at an auction was frightening. But Nick guided us through and helped secure the purchase of our home. Thank you Nick, wish you nothing but success.
Second property Adrian has sold for me and I can’t flaw him , excellent service , extremely professional and most importantly, the property sold . If I have another to sell, he’d be selling it.
Nick sold our investment and we were very happy with the price. He outlined a strategy to get us the best result. On auction day Nick had multiple people bidding on our home and got us above the market price. He never promised us a price, but he promised us that he would work his hardest and he didn’t let us down. Thank you Nick for your efforts we wish you the best
Where can I start with my journey with Nick. We got referred to Nick by one of our friends. Our home wasn’t an easy sale as it required some work and he had to carefully speak to buyers. Nick navigated our sale amazing and got us a sale on auction day. During the campaign Nick called me outside hours which suited me best as I work full time and he made the effort to provide detailed reports about what buyers were saying about our home. We are super grateful for Nick and have found a frien
We met Trish when we sold our home. She was honest and reliable. She isn’t like other agents who tell you what you want to hear, instead she tells you what you need to hear to help you. Thank you so much Trish
Great 👍
Nick was great right from the beginning through to the handover. For someone going through the process for the first time, he was very patient and helpful with explaining every step and what to expect. I was very intimidated of the auction process and tried avoiding it, however, Nick made sure that I had assistance on the day eventually getting the house. He is extremely friendly and open to any feedback. I really felt he was keen on for me to get the house and happy when I actually did!
