Nick was great and followed up with the process. He and team and always kept us informed. We finally got our dream home and we are so grateful for them.
Adrian set clear, realistic expectations from the start. His knowledge of the market attracted the right people and ultimately a great price for my home. He was very thorough and answered all questions wholly and honestly. I can't thank Adrian and the team enough for their efforts!
Nick was a fantastic help and was always extremely supportive through the whole process and helping assess my best options. If you get the chance to speak to Nick, please do so!
Super friendly, punctual, reliable and always set clear expectations and gave a thorough run-down with each inspection and each step of the selling process. Highly recommend Vito and the team!
Sold with Shayla and we are so happy we went with her! We had a few agents out, but Shayla was the most honest, no fluff and showed she cared. Everything she told us at the listing presentation she delivered on. She exceeded our expectations! Thanks so much.
Knowledge of the market was highly exceptional. Her assistance on buying of the property was crucial, couldn’t have done it without her.
Business response:
Thank you Ben!
We sold our investment property with Shayla and couldn’t be happier with how everything went! From the start, she gave us great advice on getting the house ready for sale and took care of every detail along the way. Shayla knows the market really well, and she’s honest, hardworking, and always focused on getting the best result. Her expertise and personal touch made us feel confident the whole time. We’d definitely recommend Shayla to anyone wanting a smooth and stress-free sale!
Business response:
Thank you Stephen! All the best.
I recently worked with Adrian Prestileo to sell my home in Mickleham, and I couldn't be happier! From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Adrian took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable insights into the market. He kept me informed throughout the process and developed an excellent marketing strategy, leading to a quick sale at a great price. His dedication and attention to detail made a stressful experience smooth and straightforward.
Professional, Honest, Reliable, Great Communication, Excellent Result After reaching out to a few agents that work in the Craigieburn/Mickleham suburbs, we chose Adrian to sell our property as he had sound experience, clear understanding of the market and many ideas to best suite a property for market readiness. Adrian and the team managed to fetch an excellent result for our property which wouldn’t have been possible without all the hard work prior. Well done to Adrian & his team
