Knowledge of the market excellent, fantastic communicator and was able to meet the needs of both buyer and seller with ease. Very professional in his approach. Follow up with buyer several weeks post settlement unexpected but this shows the type of person Adrian is - looks after his buyers.
This is the second time Trish has sold a property for me/ family. I called her on a Saturday to ask if I can put my property up on the market and in a matter of days it was up ready to goo Trish is very good at communicating and he is very knowledgeable
I couldn’t be happier with the experience of selling my house thanks to Trish. Her professionalism, clear communication, and market knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress free. What really stood out was her skill as an auctioneer- she ran the auction with confidence, strategy, and composure, ultimately securing a fantastic result. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
We had an incredible experience with Shayla real estate agent! She helped us buy our home quickly and for above asking price. From start to finish, Shayla was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. She provided great advice on staging, pricing, and negotiating offers. What stood out most was how genuinely she cared about helping us achieve our goals. We always felt supported and informed. I highly recommend Shayla to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
