Trish was outstanding from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge, and guidance made the process stress-free. Come auction day, she absolutely smashed it - we achieved a result well beyond what we ever expected. I’ve been to countless auctions, and Trish is hands down the best auctioneer I’ve seen. If you’re thinking of selling, she’s the one you want in your corner. T Orrico 3 votes. Go Kangas!!!
Don’t waste your time elsewhere. Trish is the Craigieburn expert. She managed our campaign and auction with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. On auction day, she delivered a result well above our reserve. If you want the best, go to Ray White and ask for Trish Orrico. You won’t be disappointed.
Trish was super helpful and informative with helping me purchase my first home and ensuring everything went smoothly
Trish was an absolute gun. Her experience speaks volumes. Can't believe the result that Trish and the team got me. I'm blown away by how amazing the whole experience was and I felt at ease being in the best hands. Best auctioneer I've ever seen!!! Thanks heaps Trish
Very informative with the campaign and great communicator. They helped us in getting the price we wanted for our house. I am happy with the service they gave us and for advocating in our behalf. Thank you for working with us.
Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with. We were interstate and Nick kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. Nick is very friendly and sincere. We would definitely buy/sell through Nick again. Thanks Nick
Trish knew and understood the Craigieburn market extremely well. Trish and the Ray White team did a remarkably job in drumming up interest in my property. From my initial dealings with Trish until the day of the auction (and even after); I found her to be honest in both her appraisal of where my property was at and what needed to be done to get it ready for sale and even whereabouts she thought it would sell for. I was over the moon with the result of the auction and would highly recommend Trish
We just had our property sold through Trish at Ray White . We had an absolutely seamless campaign and Auction , and we can't more thankful we had Trish in our corner . From our first meeting right through to Auction day we cannot speak highly enough of Trish Orrico . Her professionalism , communication , knowledge and honesty were all outstanding. Auction was a success with Trish selling our property well above our reserve . So impressed with Trish and her team . An outstanding result .
We had a good experience with them. Everything was smooth . We were happy with their prompt replies. Thanks nick and ray white
