Very Helpful & Professional
Shyala was absolutely amazing. She helped us through out the process of purchasing and then did not disappear like other agents. She also helped us with things post settlement like getting in touch with seller to get security cameras codes. She is an absolute legend!
Business response:
Thank you so much Bilal! Hope you guys are loving the new home
If your looking to sell or buy your property then Trish is the right agent, she is very transparent and honest and will look out for you best interests and will be firm but fair as well.
If you’re looking to buy or sell your property, then Mark and Trish are the people you need to ask for! Me and my partner just bought a property and never once did Mark miss a phone call, not return a message or help us with an enquiry. Communication is key when dealing with real estate agents and Mark had us covered in every aspect, I cannot recommend him enough, if I sell in the future I will be using him
Shayla was amazing to work with very friendly, professional & knowledgeable on the area and market. She went above & beyond to provide any help and support I needed. She made the whole experience completely stress-free, kept me up to date all the time with progress & was super quick to respond to any questions. She also gave me excellent, transparent advice on the best sales approach & maximising profit while keeping costs low. Shayla was able to achieve a sale price above expectations.
Business response:
Thank you so much for trusting me with selling your home.
I can’t speak highly enough of Shayla & the service she provided. From the beginning, she made what can be a stressful process feel manageable & straightforward. One of the things that stood out most was her honesty. Shayla was always upfront & transparent in her advice, whether it was about pricing, market conditions or what to expect from potential buyers. It never felt like I was just another listing. Shayla was reliable, approachable and always willing to help. I would absolutely recommend!
Business response:
Thank you so much Rue
Second time selling a property with Shayla. She’s an expert at what she does. She gives you the right advice without any extra fluff. You can tell she wants to get you the best result and goes above and beyond each time. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell a property with.
Business response:
Thank you, it’s been a pleasure again.
We had a great experience working with Nick. He was energetic, genuine, easy to deal with and always available. He explained everything clearly, kept the process smooth and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even after-hours. The whole experience was organised, transparent and professional. If you want reliable service in Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Epping, Greenvale, or nearby, we highly recommend Nick and the Ray White team.
Shayla was both warm and professional. She listened and understood my needs as vendor, and knew the market well enough to have some ideas after our first meeting.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind review!
