Exceptional to deal with through the whole process! Being first time sellers we had met with a number of agents and all of them gave us the impression they only wanted our signature to lock in their pay day. When we finally met Phong, he was very genuine, detailed, and concise about the whole process, showed us he had great knowledge of the market, which gave us the confidence to entrust him with our biggest asset. He was great with communication right up to settlement day. Highly recommend!
