Phong worked tirelessly over the past month or so to sell our house. His expertise is unmatched and it showed when our house sold for more than we were expecting or hoping for. Phong is very, very good at his job and I'd recommend him to everyone. Thanks again, thrilled with the result!

Business response:
Thank you so much! We hope you love and enjoy your new home.
Phong approached with an offer to sale based on he had buyers ready to buy a house like mine. He followed up with me for a long time before eventually offering a proposal to sell with comments he had buyers ready to purchase. We did an off market sale and it was successful even in a climate where the government is making turmoil in the housing market. We didn't get the original expected price but still did get a reasonable price based on the market.
Business response:
Hi Stuart, Thank you for allowing us to show you what we can do for you and achieving a result you were happy with!
