I was having to relocate over 3hrs from my existing home and being that it was a rush move, Raywhite helped get things done quickly. As I couldn’t be there personally Ashleigh was great in assisting the the people that were acting on my behalf to secure my rental property. The overall support was not very helpful and could have been better.
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, responsive, and professional. However, there were multiple oversights and a lack of attention to detail that were indicative of PMs not having nearly enough time to handle each property with care. I would have liked to have peace of mind that everything was taken care of. Instead, I felt that I had to take the initiative on things I would have hoped my PM would advise on.
