Consistent, reliable and dependable Phong made the whole experience very seamless and stress free. We were able to get a good outcome and that was largely due to Phong’s ability to stay calm under pressure. We were kept well informed throughout and this made selling our home a really positive experience.
Business response:
Thank you, Tim for the opportunity to represent you & Mikaela and also, for trusting my advice & guidance Cheers!
The man for the townhouses and units. We had it up for sale with a different agency earlier. He took it over and made the sale simple. He got me offers off market but we decided to do the auction and boy oh boy he done well. Thanks Nick, we are glad we trusted your process. Good luck young man
Mark helped us through our buying process, he was always answering our calls and messages even though we were buying from overseas. Would always recommend Mark if you’re buying or selling
Business response:

His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference. I’m so glad I chose him as my agent and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
In a time of rising interest rates, Vito got us an excellent selling price for our property in Craigieburn. Always easy to talk with, he kept in regular contact with us, keeping us informed of every new development. Even when issues arose that had the potential to impact negatively, Vito remained upbeat throughout, proposing cost-effective solutions and easing our concerns greatly. Definitely went “above and beyond”. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t be happier with the result Adrian achieved for us. He sold our duplex for the agreed price and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
